The Upper Platte River Solid Waste Disposal District is formed to provide effective and reliable solid waste landfill services to the Towns of Encampment, Riverside and Saratoga and the outlying areas. The Board has the authority and responsibility for the development of policies and continuing review of the conduct of the business of UPRSWDD.
