The Platte Valley Community Center Joint Powers Board was established for the purpose of financing, building, and operating a community center in the Town of Saratoga and of Carbon County, providing for the organization. Support the work of the Platte Valley Community Center and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by PVCC Executive Director, the Board and Executive Director relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected.
