Meeting Information

Audio Streaming

Listen to live audio of BOCC meetings. It may take several minutes to connect and you will not be able to connect until the meeting has begun.

  • If you lose sound, there may be a recess and the audio may be muted or you may need to refresh your screen.
  • If you have trouble listening to live audio during a meeting, please email Gwynn Bartlett or Sue Jones and describe your detailed issue.
  • Recordings of past meetings are now available on the same player as the live stream. Carbon County will attempt to keep up to ten of the previous meetings on the player, depending on storage limits. Recorded meetings will not be available immediately, but we will try to get them uploaded as quickly as possible. Please allow up to five business days for the recording to appear on the player. Listen to the previously recorded meetings.

Agendas are available the Friday before meetings. To get on an agenda, please email the County Clerk’s Office by the Thursday before the meeting or call at 307-328-2668.

Minutes are also available electronically following approval by clicking the link on the left of the home page.

About the Board

The County Clerk serves as the Clerk for the County Commissioners. To be placed on an agenda, please contact the County Clerk's office at 307-328-2668 by the Monday in the week before the meeting you wish to appear. You will be asked to provide your contact information, how much time you need, and why you wish to appear.
