REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – SAFE STREETS FOR ALL (SS4A)
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF
COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY ACTION PLAN
The Carbon County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified transportation planning and consulting firms to develop a comprehensive safety action plan focused on eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries for all users. Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m., March 13, 2026, at the Carbon County Clerk’s Office, PO Box 6 or 215 W. Buffalo St., Room 218, Rawlins, WY, 82301. The comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) including all requirements, is accessible here.
The evaluation committee will review the proposals and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners who will hire a firm at their regular meeting on April 7, 2026, at the Carbon Building-Courthouse Annex located at the same address above.
Proposals received after the time specified will not be considered.
